Overview

At Caramel Creative Agency, I worked on live events that required both strong creative execution and effective promotion. Projects included food-and-music festivals, nightlife events, venue shows, and productions featuring bands, DJs, and Ukrainian A-list performers.

My role combined event coordination with audience-facing marketing support: helping create, organize, and deliver promotional materials and live experiences that attracted attention and matched the identity of each event.

What I Handled

  • Coordinated designers, printers, venues, technical crews, artists, and external suppliers

Why This Matters

This role taught me how marketing and operations come together in live events. I learned how to support promotion not only through visuals and materials, but by helping deliver an experience that matched what audiences were promised.

It also strengthened my ability to work across multiple stakeholders while keeping audience-facing communication clear, organized, and on-brand.

KhersONfest — Food & Music Festival

One of the strongest examples from my agency experience was working on food-and-music festivals, where promotion, partnerships, and live execution all had to work together.

I coordinated creative production, vendor communication, artist logistics, promotional materials, and on-site delivery. That meant helping connect the campaign side with the real event experience: supporting visibility before the event, coordinating branded materials and partnerships, and making sure the live environment reflected the same tone and promise communicated in promotion.

This experience gave me a practical understanding of event marketing as both communication and delivery.

Nightlife & Party Events
